rss 란 "Really Simple Syndication" 또는 "Rich Site Summary 의 약자로서 뉴스, 게시판 , 블로그 등 자주 갱신되는 정보를 XML 로 규격화된 포맷으로 교환하기 위한 규격입니다. 앞으로 모든 게시판에도 적용할 예정입니다.

How to use RSS
To access these feeds in a readable format, you need an RSS reader/aggregator. There are three main ways to use an RSS aggregator: a client-based application, a plug-in for your browser, or a web script that runs on your website.
- Blogspace has a good list of Windows/Linux/Mac clients, many of them freeware.
- There is an RSS extension for the excellent (and secure) Firebird & Mozilla Web browsers; there are also several RSS toolbars/sidebars available for Internet Explorer.
- HotScripts has a good list of PHP/Perl/ASP based Web server scripts that pull in RSS feeds onto your own Web site.
